My wife Lisa and I were in the process of remodeling our garage, when we knew it wouldn't be complete unless we had the floor done. After receiving quotes from several companies, we decided to utilize Trademark Garage Flooring. They were the only one who quoted us a reasonable and fair price right from the beginning. When I confronted the other companies about the price difference, they immediately wanted to match the price to get our business. This is a company who has been in business for over 40 years and has excellent online reviews. After picking a floor color, my wife and I scheduled to have our garage floor completed. The (3) man crew arrived at our residence a half hour early. They introduced themselves and explained the entire process. They offered to answer any questions we had for them and encouraged us to take as many photos as we wished. These (3) men paid attention to detail. There wasn't any part of our garage floor that they didn't inspect numerous times throughout the process. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our garage floor came out perfect. I hired Trademark Garage to epoxy coat my garage floor. The price was reasonable and they were recommended by a friend who also had his garage floor epoxied and was quite pleased with their work.. I would give the two employees who did the work today a 10 star rating. Chris and Lamar were courteous, professional in their work and didn't cut any corners. They even moved some of the heavier items out of the garage for us and kept us in the loop throughout the job. I must say that I am extremely please with the work and how the floor turned out. In fact I am so pleased with their work I plan to have additional work done in the future and want the same two employees for the job. Can it really be installed in one day?
Yes. Trademark Garage Floors installs polyurea and polyaspartic floor coatings in a single day for typical residential garages and patios. You can walk on the finished floor in 4 to 6 hours and drive on it within 24 hours. Larger commercial jobs may take 2 to 3 days, but the fast-cure chemistry means we are never on-site for a full week the way traditional epoxy contractors are.
How is this different from epoxy?
Traditional epoxy coatings peel, chip, and yellow under UV within a few years — especially in hot garages and outdoor patios. Our polyurea and polyaspartic systems are chemically bonded to the concrete, four times more flexible than epoxy, and warrantied against peeling and chipping. That is why Trademark Garage Floors does not offer epoxy at all — we only install the newer, longer-lasting chemistry.
Where can you install these coatings?
Garages, basements, patios, pool decks, walkways, warehouse floors, commercial kitchens, and any other concrete surface. The same polyurea base handles indoor and outdoor, hot and cold. Pool decks get a slip-resistant additive so they stay safe when wet. Trademark Garage Floors will confirm suitability for your specific surface during the free onsite estimate.
Are your floors slip-resistant?
Yes. Every Trademark Garage Floors coating system is finished with a broadcast-vinyl-flake surface that gives natural texture and grip. For pool decks, patios, or commercial back-of-house areas, we can add a fine or coarse anti-slip aggregate to raise the coefficient of friction further. Ask your estimator for the slip rating on the specific system you choose.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Trademark Garage Floors backs every residential floor with a written warranty against peeling, chipping, and delamination. Commercial projects carry a matching multi-year warranty scaled to the project.
