Found these folks through Google and was needing my garage resurfaced with either epoxy or something much more durable. Did my research and really didn’t like my other choices. Thought about doing it myself but all that cheap stuff from the big box stores wasn’t going to cut it for me. It seemed too complex for me and I wanted professionals to do the job right. They are a veteran owned business which was a major selling point. Keith provided me with a quote and was kind enough to drive to my home to show me samples of their color options. I went with the option in the images below; these images don’t do the surface justice in terms of the shine and how much the blue “pops.” The installation did not start off great as they were an hour and a half late; this was due to some drama with another employee. It didn’t bother me that much as I kept pretty busy throughout the day. Once the crew arrived they got eight to work and did not stop. Lucas and Jadon did the installation which took around 10 hours to do; they worked nonstop and did an amazing job. Highly recommend Trademark Garage Floors for their quality work.

We had Trademark refinish our garage floor several years ago. They did an excellent job and the new surface looked absolutely amazing. Recently we noticed some spots on the surface that we could not get removed. We called Trademark and they responded without delay. The technician showed us the spots were from something that had dropped on the floor and not a problem with their product. He then took time on his hands and knees to clean every spot. He also noticed an area on the outside of the garage floor that had faded due to constant sun exposure. He told us Trademark had a new produce that prevents the ultra violet ray damage. Trademark returned a few days later and resurfaced the effected area. NO COST to us. Great service!

Can it really be installed in one day?
Yes. Trademark Garage Floors installs polyurea and polyaspartic floor coatings in a single day for typical residential garages and patios. You can walk on the finished floor in 4 to 6 hours and drive on it within 24 hours. Larger commercial jobs may take 2 to 3 days, but the fast-cure chemistry means we are never on-site for a full week the way traditional epoxy contractors are.
How is this different from epoxy?
Traditional epoxy coatings peel, chip, and yellow under UV within a few years — especially in hot garages and outdoor patios. Our polyurea and polyaspartic systems are chemically bonded to the concrete, four times more flexible than epoxy, and warrantied against peeling and chipping. That is why Trademark Garage Floors does not offer epoxy at all — we only install the newer, longer-lasting chemistry.
Where can you install these coatings?
Garages, basements, patios, pool decks, walkways, warehouse floors, commercial kitchens, and any other concrete surface. The same polyurea base handles indoor and outdoor, hot and cold. Pool decks get a slip-resistant additive so they stay safe when wet. Trademark Garage Floors will confirm suitability for your specific surface during the free onsite estimate.
Are your floors slip-resistant?
Yes. Every Trademark Garage Floors coating system is finished with a broadcast-vinyl-flake surface that gives natural texture and grip. For pool decks, patios, or commercial back-of-house areas, we can add a fine or coarse anti-slip aggregate to raise the coefficient of friction further. Ask your estimator for the slip rating on the specific system you choose.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Trademark Garage Floors backs every residential floor with a written warranty against peeling, chipping, and delamination. Commercial projects carry a matching multi-year warranty scaled to the project. Ask your estimator for the exact terms of the warranty on the finish system you choose — we hand you a written copy before you sign anything.
